A fire training was held at Black Barn on May 19th to train the employees of Roadster and Bartartine. The fire training was a success, equipping the employees with the technical skills and information needed in case of a fire accident. We believe that employees should be well trained and fully equipped in order to act swiftly in case of an emergency. Solely having extinguishers is not enough to fight fire, a trained personnel that is capable of using them is mandatory.
In addition, a visual demonstration was applied, as the employees used different types of extinguishers in an attempt to put out a fire. Practice is an essential part in the learning process, thus training in action prepares the employees to fight fire when an accident happens. Anyone is capable of using an extinguisher, even females and young.
At the end of the training, a quiz was taken to test their knowledge and certificates were handed out according to their performance.
