> Business Development Officer

Job Description

Based in Dbayeh, Lebanon, the Business Development Officer will be part of the Sales Force at Zod Security. He/she will act as a contact between Zod Security and its existing and potential markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating new business development opportunities
  • Advising clients and prospects on the most suitable solutions
  • Project management in coordination with the administration and the after-sales department
  • Following through the business development process and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Gathering market and customer information
  • Taking part in forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions

Skills Required

  • The ideal candidate would be of an engineering background, a fast learner and tech-savvy
  • Personal Skills: Good communication, high common sense
  • Computer Skills
  • Languages: Arabic & English are a must; French is a plus
  • Interest in technology or security is an advantage

> Senior Technician

Qualifications

We are looking for an electrical technician who specializes in the installation and maintenance of low current systems to join our team, with experience in the following systems:

>Marketing Officer

Role Overview

This is a full-time on-site role in Dbayeh for a Marketing Officer. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies, managing communication channels, and driving sales. The Marketing Officer will report directly to the Operations Director and work closely with the rest of the team.. 

Responsibilities

1. Managing Social Media Accounts

  • Create and schedule posts.
  • Manage our social media community, engaging and communicating with the audience.
  • Track results, and adjust strategy accordingly.

2. Website Management

  • Search Engine Optimization
  • Content creation: blogging, and website updates
  • Website analytics

3. Marketing Automation

  • Email lists updating and cleansing
  • Email creation and optimization
  • Marketing automation

4. Tracking Customers’ Journey

  • Discern the customers’ activities throughout their journey
  • Identify new opportunities to engage with clients throughout the roadmap
  • Develop new marketing strategies to improve conversion
  • Measure and assess marketing activities accordingly

5. Other Marketing Activities

  • Press Releases
  • Catalog editing
  • Design tasks
  • Creative initiatives

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would be a fast learner, tech-savvy and creative. Other requirements include English fluency and design skills:

  • Website management skills
  • Social media marketing skills
  • SEO skills
  • At least a basic know-how in the use of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • Ability to work independently with a positive, can-do attitude

>Administrative Officer

Job Description

The Administrative Officer will work on assisting the Managing and Operations Directors, as well as maintaining documents and recording events. 

Responsibilities

As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing office supplies
  • Maintaining records, recording inquiries and keeping logs
  • Organizing the office
  • Filing documents
  • Directing calls
  • Coordinating meetings
  • Assisting the Managing and Operations Directors

>Sales Engineer

Job Description

Zod Security is looking for a full-time Sales Engineer to join its team in Dbayeh. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for communicating with clients, making sales, and providing exceptional customer service. This is an on-site, client-facing role that will require the Sales Engineer to work in the Zod Security office as well as on-site with clients.

Qualifications

  • Tech Savvy
  • Exceptional Communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Experience in the security industry is a plus
  • Fluency in Arabic and English languages
