Senior Projects Engineer

Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Projects Engineer who specializes in handling local and offshore projects to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial, commercial, and residential sectors, in Lebanon and offshore.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals for security and safety systems.
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users.
- Participate in Lebanese Tenders, and maintain good contact with the NGOs among others.
- Handle project requests by carefully assessing the BOQ’s and technical documents.
- Conduct site visits and send the technical evaluations to ensure proper solution design.
- Collaborate with the Installation and service teams to ensure accurate project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on competitors, market trends, and technological developments.
- Assist the sales Team and ZOD safety offshore in quoting projects and Tenders.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies and profitability goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- ✅ Degree: Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, CCE, or Mechatronics.
- ✅ Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales (Manufacturing/Engineering preferred).
- ✅ Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- ✅ Personality: Extroverted, customer-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
